Beaches

The famous beach at Camber Sands is only 15 minutes drive away. It is a huge and spectacular expanse of sand with dunes that stretch most of its length. Great to spend the day in the summer or to walk the dogs in the winter.

Winchelsea Beach is quiet and only a ten minute drive away.
Pett Level is off the beaten track and a lovely family beach with a shop and a pub that backs onto the beach. Admire some wonderful new houses that are springing up along the beach. One was featured on Grand Designs. The beach is a ten minute drive or an hour plus, but lovely, walk.

Fairlight Glen is a beach that you can only get to by footpath. It is a steep climb but well worth the effort. Part of the beach is for naturists. nuff.org.uk/factfile/content/view/76/48/
